This is my second year here and I enjoy it here, they fix things on time and they're very quiet and presentable. Easy to get to parks and a school nearby. I'm looking to get a bedroom next year when my lease is up.

I toured the property with Property Manager Bella and had a great experience. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The property itself was very quiet, clean, and well-maintained—exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable the manager was throughout the tour. It definitely left a positive impression. I overheard someone renewing her Lease and how Bella and her team makes sure all residents are well taken care of. Definitely a yes!
Un lugar muy bonito para vivir, limpio, sano y en buenas condiciones cuando se arruina algo te lo arreglan pronto y la manager es muy generosa y atenta y en días feriados siempre celebran y conviven con todos de la propiedad, se los recomiendo .
Great Touring Experience! I recently toured Park Grove Square Apartments and was really impressed. The community is beautifully maintained, quiet, and feels very safe — exactly what I’ve been looking for. The grounds were clean and peaceful, and I loved how friendly and helpful Bella was.
