Over all Over all I have talked to other residence and have heard nothing but the best. I have not seen a floor plan but I have drove by the property and it is in a remote location. Convenient to metro bus/rail and shopping and schools.
Hidden Gem in Arlington Beautiful property (especially in the spring) Nestled back off Columbia Pike, right next to the W&OD Tralis and Four Mile Run. Also convenient to public transportation. Ballston is just a short trip down Carlyn Springs while Shirlington is just on the other side of Four Mile Run. The buildings are in good shape - great bay windows and third floor units all have rooftop terraces. A great place to live!!
PLACE TO AVOID We lived at Park Glen for a few months only and we had some flood damage. The management is so inefficient to solve problems. We had a moldy smell in the apartment for weeks now. When we ask them to come fix something they don't even care. They just care about stupid things like throwing our barbecue grill when we left it outside for the barbecue to cool down or even throwing our flowers we had on the windows because it's supposedly not in the terms of the terms of the lease. Cute condos in South Arlington I have a friend who has lived in Park Glen for several years. She really likes the condos and location near Four Mile Run creek and bike trail. She has found the management to be responsive and told me they have a very active condo association...that gets things done.
