Richard Cyr, is the maintenance manager in my building and he is a very hard working individual, that is extremely competent in all areas of the job. He's also extremely friendly, congenial, understanding, kind and takes care of problems in an very timely manner. From big jobs to small jobs, Rich is always there for all of us. My mother has been there for quite a while now. This place is wonderful! The manager is super friendly and always has her door open for residents to come and talk to her. Very cozy place. Lots of activities. Met a lot of residents while visiting my mother and everyone is smiling and happy
