I’ve taken my Savannah cat here multiple times to get his polydactyl hang claw trimmed and each time he is sore and limps after. It’s been almost two weeks now, since my husband didn’t listen and took him to the wrong vet, thinking that I booked an appointment with this vet. Been going here for a few years now, the vet is always calm and patient and has been very helpful whenever we’ve had to come in. One of the very few places I’m comfortable taking my pets to. It’s been greatly appreciated coming in being able to explain everything going on and having the vet stay calm and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Prices are reasonable and makes it feel less stressful whenever coming in.
Our 12 year old lab Roxy had a limping issue, since last couple of weeks, Dr Simk diagnosed the issue and recommended surgery for the torn cruciate ligament, we were a bit hesitant in the beginning but the way they explained and made us feel comfortable, we decided to go ahead with the surgery. Very compassionate and knowledgeable vet. Roxy is feeling fantastic and we highly recommend the vet.
I had three guinea pigs in the past and this is my fourth guinea pig. Dr Silk has a deep understanding and knowledge about the exotic pets and she is very compassionate and knowledgeable. We had dealt with this vet for the past 10 years and highly recommend them to everyone.
