Park Garage Park Garage ... I really don't know what to say! It is a wonderful mom-and-pop garage. My parents have been going to Park's for several years. The customer service is pretty good but I don't believe Park's is well-equipped to handle the problems that "modern" cars have. If you just look at the garage, it doesn't appear to be too technologically-advanced. Save your time and money! Less than one year ago, I took my car to Park Garage for brake repair. I was told it would take approximately 3 days to complete. More than a week later, and having missed a lot of work (lost a job over it in fact) I was told there was still a part that had not arrived. Fast forward...three months later, and driving without a rear brake adjuster (the part that still had not arrived) and having gotten stranded yet again, I asked for my money back for that part. Fast Forward, a total of 11 months late... read more
