We had such a great experience with PFE. We rented from them for two years. We had plenty of issues with our home, as most rentals do, but they were quick to be there whenever we needed anything. I would not hesistate to rent from them again. They were very much on our team at all times. Our home was well managed by them!

They're really responsive whenever I have any inquiries. If I have a serious issue, they make sure to take care of it within a decent time-frame.
Park Forest has really good rates, and whenever there is an issue in your unit, they address it really fast. They're also very flexible with subletting options.
I have lived in both the 1 bed room and 2 bed room in Park Forest Villas. the location of the apartment is great. the rent is likely the lowest in town with everything included. the management has always been professional and prompt on everything. Highly recommended!
Unprofessional I had absolutely no problems renting from these people until the very end. Their maintenance is contracted to local companies so you get fast maintenance and they foot the bill. When we decided to not re-sign our lease they decided to do showings. They sent me a letter stating which phone number the would contact me at when they did a showing and to call them if I had a change in phone number, I didn't.
