Park Ford’s service department is always reliable, honest, and quick. As a woman, I’ve felt taken advantage of at other shops, but never here. Brittany at the front desk was super kind and helpful, and Barshan did a really thorough inspection and kept it honest with me. It’s nice to have a place I can actually trust. Highly recommend!
You know I'm starting to think that these guys simply just don't want to do business anymore..and I've never thought of Ford as being shady..but I'm starting to wonder..because my last two visits to this particular dealership have left me feeling slightly violated, broke and very disappointed. And then today I called to just get a price on some touch-up paint for my Ford and I feel like I totally inconvenienced this guy.. lol . Where to start.. we have taken the same truck here for warranty servicing twice. Both times they call and tell me the warranty won’t cover anything, then I call the warranty and they have no idea what the dealer is talking about. Both times the warranty has covered the work. Spoke to 3 different people (on the phone and in person when dropping it off) before the actual appointment time about the issues we’re having, then they still call me at the appointment time with no idea what we brought it in for. Always friendly! Reliable, accurate and customer centered. They keep our new Ford running great. Highly recommend Park Ford. We were referred by our next door neighbor. This is our 4th Ford and first brand new Ford. I can count on them.
