I wish I could give them a better review , I have a 2014 Ford fusion that had went into limp mode , my shifting solenoid B that controls the the shift out of the first gear had went out , I told them everything wrong with the car and I was fully aware of , all I wanted was this 1 part replaced and on the phone they were very sure they could do the work I was requesting , they received my car , gave me a run around for a week that it was the next one to be looked at and on February the 13th a Friday I received an automated te... read more
Service department is INCOMPETENT to say the least. An afternoon service was "completed" although the brakes were not checked and now it's been there for 5 days no updates till I call even though they continously say they will update me and of course I'm waiting on another update.. WILL NOT RETURN AND SUGGEST ALL BUSINESS GOES ELSEWHERE.
