I called the parts department to buy a simple bottle of touch-up paint for my vehicle. The representative helping me was completely sarcastic and rude from the moment I called. When I asked a question about matching my car's exact paint code, he made a condescending comment. There is absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers with that kind of attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend others avoid this dealership.
