Went in for a bridal appointment. The person assigned to us was both unfriendly and unhelpful. My friend was doing more work than she was when it came to suggesting and finding dresses, and different styles. It felt like she didn't want us there it was strange vibes. My appointment was early May and a lot of the dresses were already sold out and not being restocked.
I booked an appointment with 4 friends to try on bridesmaids dresses on March 10 and I am so disappointed with the service. The sales girl was so apathetic she brought down the excited energy my friends and I had for this appointment we were looking so forward to. It’s so unfortunate because the dresses here are beautiful, and yes I did end up buying one. I wish the customer service was a lot better, more inviting, more friendly. There is so much competition out there, if customer service was better it would bring this place... read more
