I had the pleasure of having two bridal fitting appointments with Veronica, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and full of great ideas. I heard such good things about Park and Fifth. When I went today I saw how beautiful the dresses were and the unique interior of the store. However we entered the location and the aurora from staff felt not friendly or approachable which was unexpected. Despite the review, I'm still obsessed with the dresses and probably will be back
I couldn’t recommend Park & Fifth more. Not only do they make absolutely beautiful gowns, but their customer service is unmatched. These days, it can be so difficult to reach and speak with a real person, so I appreciate that when you contact Park & Fifth, you’re connected with an actual human who wants to help. And a BIG special shoutout to Nikki, who went above and beyond to help me with my order. Couldn't recommend Park & Fifth more!!
I was looking forward to trying dresses on here for an upcoming wedding and was very disappointed by the lack of service from the employees and the quality of dresses. Shein quality items and the cuts and stitching were absolutely embarrassing for the prices.
