I bought the Rosedale wedding dress. I measured myself and got the recommended medium. It was was too large and I should've gotten a small, but they were out of stock when I tried to exchange it. This made me pass the 21 day return/exchange mark by the time the small was available. The straps twist and I haven't even worn it yet. The lining is poorly done... Abby was very sweet and helpful. However, I was underwhelmed with the size diversity they have in store. I appreciate that it’s inclusive in its sizing online but I couldn’t try on much because there were not a lot of options in the larger sizes in store.
Absolutely horrible. I come in with my 2 friends. Everything seemed unorganized and very chaotic. The woman helping didn’t seem ready. She assumed my other friend was me. I had to correct her even though I told someone that was at the desk who I was. No great welcome, just hi and said her name and said to choose some dresses. I had shopped here 4 years ago for a dress to wear to a friends wedding and had a great experience. Looking for my own wedding dress - with a chance of purchasing 2 or 3, I went to Park and 5th at the end of February, and had to worst customer experience. I want to preface that I was late (I thought it started at a later time) and after profusely apologizing and even asked if I should rebook, the staff member just shrugged her shoulders.
