The bridal dress I tried on was a large and appeared to fit well when I tried it in on store with the worker applying clips to make it fit. But when I received it in my size, an extra small, the top was massive in width. I kept the dress thinking a seamstress could fix it - this was a mistake. By the time I got it to a seamstress the return window had passed and I was informed by the seamstresses (I got 3 opinions) the dress top was too short in length to properly fit me. Have been here twice for bridesmaid dress shopping for two separate weddingss and both times the service and the help was incredible!! The girls here truly care about you and go above and beyond in making sure you have a pleasant experience
Had a great experience here shopping for bridesmaids dresses! All of my bridesmaids found something they love and the selection was excellent. Emily was very helpful and so sweet!
Unmatched customer service and care! And absolutely stunning dresses and quality. Can not recommend enough!!!
Really disappointed. I bought my wedding dress here and came back to buy another — was literally about to pay — when I asked if my toddler could use the washroom because she was desperate. They refused, saying it was only for bridal appointments. I know the bridal space is huge and we wouldn’t have disturbed anyone. It felt cold, elitist, and lacking basic compassion. Won’t be shopping here again.
