The good: the staff are very friendly and professional (listen to concerns, propose options for dresses, answer questions). Amazing to support a Canadian company. The bad: the sizing is unclear and inconsistent. Different dress sizes for different dress styles makes it very hard to find a proper size (especially if you don't live near a store). Loved it. Selection was the best I've seen so far in the city. It was super busy but the help was there when needed. Not sure why the low star reviews below but everything was great. Need more events now to buy more dresses from here!
We were very rushed (although partially our fault for running late due to traffic) suggest they allow more than 50min when you are bringing guests. No offer to bring us a drink or suggest other styles based on our feedback. Appt was a blur and overall unsuccessful. Stylist wasn’t overly friendly.
I usually don’t write reviews but the staff here are very rude. When trying on dresses and u ask them for different color they ask you to go get it. When they can see u don’t have shoes on and the dress is too long to walk in. And when you try to tell someone they defend the employee. And the response I got is that sometimes they can’t help because their busy but I saw that same women continue to fix clothes on the rack and then was asked for help my another individual for a dress and went and got it for her. Had a bridesmaid appointment with all four of my bridesmaids. After trying on dresses, we placed our order at the store. Two weeks later, only three dresses arrived instead of four, and the order had only been placed for three. Luckily, my wedding is still two months away, but we still have to alter the dress lengths, which makes the timeline a bit tight.
