I had an appointment with Izzy and it was amazing. She had so much patience and was super helpful with choosing the perfect dress! I’d recommend her to everyone.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Park & Fifth Co. I ordered my bridesmaid dress at the end of December 2025 after attending an in-person appointment with the bride and other bridesmaids. During that appointment, we were advised that the dresses would be shipped and delivered by the end of March, which provided a comfortable timeline before the wedding. Very poor quality for how expensive the dresses are.
We booked a private bridal appointment and had a wonderful experience. Kim made me feel very comfortable — zero pressure, just genuine care and great energy throughout. She was very kind and attentive which made the whole process feel fun rather than stressful. Thank you!!
Just left the store. Blonde lady with headband was very rude and unhelpful. She had no interest helping us and when another associate asked her if we’ve been helped she told them not to because we are “drama”. We were very polite never said anything rude or mean, just asked where white dresses were which she informed us they have limited downstairs and we were okay with that. So completely uncalled for. Was ready to buy a dress on the spot. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a positive bridal experience.
