I was only told 2 days prior to my bridesmaid appointment that the new collection was only available online. Thus when going in for the appointment, there were very limited options to try on from what we would actually be ordering. I did put my preference for colour in the appointment description but they only had 2 dresses in my colour. The appointment was very rushed. I always receive extremely professional and friendly service here. Dresses and sizing can be hit or miss so I definitely recommend coming in store to try them on.
Let me start off by saying, my bridesmaids wore Park and Fifth dresses and I have worn their dresses as a bridesmaid myself. I had positive experiences with the company until my last in-store visit and subsequent communication with their customer service team. First, we were gaslit about our appointment time. Staff claimed our appointment was booked in Mexico. The bride did not book the appointment in Mexico and had screenshots and emails with the correct time - 11am EST.
