Hello All, My name is Warren Wright and I had to leave this review because my experience at the Park East Property was one of the most rewarding experiences. The tour was great, the Management team is awesome and the Apartments are fairly reasonable for any size family and extremely affordable especially if a special is available on top of the asking rental price. My advice to anyone who is seeking a new place to live, then please choose Park East and you will not have any regrets because I definitely don't!!!!! Respectfully... read more
My time staying here at park east apartment was very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay here, and most importantly I appreciated the customer service I received from Ms.Keshawn. She was very pleasant and corrected any minor issues I may have experienced during my stay. The 2 years I stayed here I didn’t see not one rodent or roach. I will refer any of my co workers or family members to stay here.

Yesterday I went for a tour of the apartments because I like the way the apartments looked in the photos online. However, the apartments look nothing like what they advertise and I feel like that’s wrong! They need to update their website with accurate interior photos of the apartments. The apartments that were shown to me was old and rundown. Even the floor plan of the apartments were incorrect. There is no walk-in closet in the main bedroom. The entire layout is a lie. Well I'm just coming from touring 2 apartments at Park East apartments and I'm pleasantly pleased. Keshawn and Kayla are very welcoming and informative. When I had questions they answered my questions and didn't give me the run around. I hope in the near future I will be moving into one of the lovely apartments I saw today.
