Exceptionally nice front-end staff. Dentist was thorough and kind and so was his dental assistant. They took me in as a new client and got me in right away for tooth pain. I felt confident and comfortable here all around. I recommend this office.

1) the dentist performed the exam before my teeth were cleaned, which I’ve never had happen before, 2) the dentist told me I needed 3 fillings, which is odd because neither dentist I saw 6mo before in SLC and 6mo later in Edina, mentioned me needing any filings. Yet, the dentist at Park Dental laid on the pressure multiple times. I did not get the fillings, 3) it can be extremely difficult to get in contact with the office.

This is the worst dentists office I’ve ever come across. They are last minute with everything including obtaining dental records. I was seen for half of a new patient appointment, but was told there was no hygienist to clean my teeth that day. I was given a cleaning appointment a few weeks later. I was then never contacted about the need to reschedule this cleaning again.
