Took time off work to get a long due cleaning and prep to get a temporary crown replaced. First time visiting this dentist. Hygienist said I need a super special cleaning even though dentist didn’t recommend it, they convinced them of that. So rather than cleaning in prep for a crown on my quickly deteriorating tooth, I got nothing. At the time they told me they’d call me and schedule a super special after work on Thursday slot because his Tuesday slot is booked well into 2027. Hygienist Ed is absolutely outstanding and one of the biggest reasons I had such a positive experience at this clinic. He is incredibly kind, professional, thorough, and truly makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Ed goes above and beyond, and his level of compassion and attention to detail is exceptional.
