I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I waited several months for a scheduled appointment at this office. When I originally booked, I made a point to confirm my insurance coverage over the phone — specifically for an exam and x-rays. I was told it would be covered. I tried. When Park Dental took over my previous dentist's practice, I sobbed but thought I’d give PD a try. This last appointment was the breaking point. Got a “tiny little” filling and a crown. My “tiny little” filling ended up being half my tooth, which I had to have a root canal on (somewhere else). Because the filling is so big, I will now need a crown too. The crown I got? Still hurts.
