I absolutely love this place! I’v been living here for about 1 year 3 months and the office staff (Tylor) is the best! Had an issue on a Friday at about 2:00 pm and within a quick turnaround time issue was fixed…. Great work Park D' Antoine Manufactured Home Community!
What a little gem tucked away just far enough outside the fantastic city of Saratoga Springs! A sweet community that is small and safe. We lived here for 3 years before moving out of state. The manager of this park is top notch! Never once did I ask for something and not receive an answer or help with my situation. I highly recommend this park. Every beautiful picture I included was taken from my front or back door.
I would never recommend this place. While the maintenance guys are nice and try to help fix whatever is wrong the fact is there was always something wrong. I lived here for 5 years. Way too often there was water advisory so you had to boil water. They raised the rent but never fixed the pump. They nitpicked on how your yard was. It was nice they'd give you a discount in December if your yard was the best decorated, but I still feel that was still then just wanting to look good.
