Sub Contractors BEWARE, they hired us for a few jobs, paid cod, then a couple more, asked for 30 days, then when we called at day 45, they declined to pay the last two jobs and told us we could file a LIEN against the property.
We were contacted by Megan a office Manager to complete winterization of a building. She said it had to be completed very soon. We agreed on a date and time, She gave us a door code to get into the building. We arrived on the agreed date and completed the work. We billed them for the work and they refused to pay the invoice because they said that they had contacted someone else. They never reached out to us to cancel the job. LOL Look at the pictures, it says it all. ARS. Park Construction is not doing any of the work. They sub it out so whoever uses PCBM is paying double.
