Honest with integrity and about the needs of the customer. Park finds you a good policy and I usually don't care for insurance, but these guys are good.
I can not really rate them using stars yet because I just started my policy today, but if we could rate the agents Anne Woodring would get 5 stars! She's great! She was so patient and helpful, she didn't mind explaining things to me that I needed help with, didn't rush me and she made sure that she dotted her i's and crossed her t's. 5 STARS for Anne!
