Had clothes ready when they said they would.
I tried this place for the first time. The clothes came back clean & properly prepared but I won't go back. I can overlook the shabby condition of the place but I will not allow myself to be treated so poorly by the man that runs or possibly owns the business. He rudely and nastily hassled me multiple times over the condition of the items I was dropping off and again when I picked up. He also inappropriately questioned me about a physical aspect of my body and tried to make me feel bad about it. Don't go here.
Worst customer service ever... I simply called to ask 2 questions and the guy slammed the phone down.
We love Park Cleaners...! They have taken good care of us for over a year now. The owner, Mark, is very professional, and detailed. He is friendly and always honest. We enjoy giving him our business! Our clothes always look great and we have never had any problems. Highly recommend!
