Carrier told me that dealer would see a notation on their screen verifying no activation fee, and also told me to give dealer their extension # to call in case not seen. Dealer said would not show on their screen, refused to pull up screen or account, refused to call Carrier at the provided extension #, informing me that they would not assist meet if they were not to profit from it; denied assistance required to activate! I bought a ******9+ "certified *******phone", turned out to be a refurbished unlocked ****** phone. Sent my phone to ******* because I was having issues...They wrote me that the phone had unauthorized changes to it and was no longer under warranty. I tried to get my phone set up with total wireless, but was unable to and kept getting an ****** ***** message on my phone. Scam Artist.

I went into the store to purchase a phone as I wanted a lower monthly bill as I am on a fixed income. Jason who waited on me gave me a phone and I paid almost $300 for the phone/ service. He was supposed to put all the data from my old phone onto the new one; however I had my phone with me. I would not even give them a star. They are very unprofessional and sell refurbished phones that will mess up in less than 3 months. I bought an IPhone from them and paid $425. I eventually had some problems with my phone decided to then take it to apple where they told me that something was wrong internally with my iPhone they assured me that the problem was my not fault but the store I purchased from.
