I was planning to attend Sundance 2022 with a group of filmmakers and due to Covid-19, Sundance in person got cancelled. Nothing is cheap in Sundance and ********* to begin with, let alone rental, especially for young artists and filmmakers. Our group tried to talk it through with Park City Rental Properties to get a refund through Airbnb and they refused at all cost. Although I was not able to find this guest's name or e-mail in our files, we will address the complaint by saying that all guests who booked reservations through Airbnb were subject to the agreed cancelation policy established by Airbnb. Guests who booked directly with Park City Rental Properties have the option of adding the cancelation waiver. All guests who added the cancelation waiver and decided to cancel their trip either because of COVID or any other reason, were able to cancel and be refunded their money. As the cust... read more
Don't rent from this property company. I called them 1.5 months ahead of my reservation because my mom had to go into surgery asking for a modification of the dates, and w/o a voucher, etc. etc. they didn't do anything. Very unprofessional and s****y.
This company is completely inflexible and uncaring! We had planned a family reunion in July but due to the pandemic and spike in cases in Utah, requested our dates be moved to 2021. We did not ask for one cent of our money back, just a change of date. We had family members, including senior citizens with preexisting conditions and others coming from states which required quarantine after visiting Utah. They advertise condos at a low nightly rate, but then tack on a bunch of fees at checkout. If you don't catch it, you end up paying WAY more than you intended. I caught the problem 2 hours after booking and asked for a cancellation. They REFUSE ALL CANCELLATIONS. No reputable company is going to refuse cancellations for a reservation that was over a month away.
Awful company. Avoid this place. Refused to provide a return when Vail closed Park City due to Covid-19. Everyone else in the world has been champions when dealing with this pandemic. Not Park City Rentals. They refused to refund any funds. Avoid this company.
