Door code didn’t work locking us out days:1,2,3 of 4 night stay. At check in day I called the office and they told me it was a connection issue. Never repaired during stay. Day one coffee machine was replaced. Day two replaced machine didn’t work. Called office again for another replacement. We could finally brew coffee on morning of day 3. Condo had one roll (no spare) of TP that didn’t last. Morning of day 3 called office for more. Building 3 #125 on third floor with elevator located ski out to First Time lift. No view of ski slopes. Building 2 is better location but Bldg 3 is very convenient. Short walk to free city bus to Main Street. Our Condo #125 had 3 maintenance issues that were solved quickly. #125 has old, dated interior and bathrooms-needs a remodel. Only 1 couch and 2 chairs was not comfortable for 6 adults. No door on the loft bedroom but nice to have 3 full baths. Kitchen well stocked with nice pans and cooking utensils.

Overall it was good. I found that the condo was lacking in kitchen essentials. Cheap paper towels and garbage bags. Other things also. Pans were in terrible shape and needed replacing. For the amount of money that was spent, it could have been better. Staff at the front desk at Lift was great!

Had a great time in PC and staying at this VRBO for a warm weather getaway! The Good Stuff: Perfect location. Two block walk to Main St. 20 minute drive to mountain top views Perfect setup. Pop and Mimi with a quiet suite on 3rd level / daughter with husband and two bouncing boys on spacious basement level / large gathering space and kitchen on middle level. Very clean and well maintained. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Could be improved: HVAC system wasn't designed properly for warm weather. Our visit was in June... read more
