I could not leave a worse review. I came into the emergency room and was not treated in such fashion. I was seen by Doctor Geoffrey Crocket for excruciating shoulder pain, stomach upset, and a fainting spell. I was told I was pregnant, given a GI cocktail and sent home without a second thought even though I still was experiencing extreme pain. I was over-billed here for an ER visit for my wife in June 2025 when she was experiencing headaches. Despite having a BCBS PPO, they never told me I was out of network and I was left with a $3,000 bill months later. They initially tried to balance bill me as well. Couldn't be more disappointed with the care we received, and the shady billing practices.

Ended up here to support a family member and experienced the worst medical care I've ever witnessed. I usually speak highly of intermountain but this was appalling. No regards for pain or answering any questions we had. Extremely rude, hungover, and constantly complaining of the "paperwork" we caused when we needed help. The doctor and technicians caused unnecessary pain and overall did not have any bedside manner. My daughter (2yo) got Nursemaids elbow while playing. As soon as we got there, the staff was so wonderful. They were so gentle and kind and Dr. Jensen got her fixed within a few minutes. We were in and out in well under an hour with a kiddo that left happy and healthy.
