11 months ago I installed a brand new cooling system. Have been trying to get a hold of Hector for months to no avail. He refuses emails, texts and messages. My system was finally looked at today and needs to be replaced. I was clearly scammed and lied to by Hector and Stanley. I am extremely upset about this entire matter. Buyers beware. Hector is not an honest person

My mother (elderly) used Hector for years, and she trusted him. Until a couple of years ago when he disappeared with over $2k of our money (that's just what my sis and I gave her, let alone what our mother had given), which was meant for an oil to gas conversion he was supposed to do at my mom's home (he never gave her a receipt but she knew him and trusted him so let it pass).
