Great guide trip organized by Layne and led by Travis at Park City Fly Fishing Guides. The weather was 40° with intermittent freezing rain in February which was perfect for us and kept the fair weather fishermen off the river. Enjoyed the opportunity to land 5-6 Middle Provo River wild brown trout in the net with the expertise of Travis while testing out different nymphing rigs. Looking forward to coming back and rebooking for sure.

My first guided trip! I am fairly new the sport. I’ve been out on my own a handful of times but really wanted my first official trip to be excellent. Let me tell you- don’t hesitate to book these guys! If I could give 10 stars I would! I booked Molly for a full day and it truly was a fantastic day! She was a world of knowledge, fun, and always had the rod’s ready to go. She’s fast and super patient. What an amazing day on the river! As soon as we arrived, everything was ready to go fishing straight away. Beautiful spot and the best part was our guide, Molly. She took time to make sure our son had a great first fly fishing experience. Teaching, coaching and celebrating every fish with us. We were lucky to have her! Highly recommend and will book with them again soon.

Layne runs a fantastic operation and Ian was a total pro of a guide. It was a cold day and Ian was able to get us to the right spots where they fish were biting. He is also great with kids...my 9 year old daughter had never been fly fishing before and Ian was able to get her up to speed quickly. A great teacher with a lot of patience. A fun day out...would highly recommend.
