Worst service anywhere. The owner is just terrible; most pretentious and snobby. It’s not about the clients. We would never recommend this place to anyone. She made our experience absolutely horrible. Find another profession. You are not a people person. For someone who sells wedding dresses, happy ever after ends here.

Great selection of dresses and convenient location to Main Street. Dress arrived on schedule which was key since Park City was a destination wedding for us, so had to fly in for alterations. Had issue with the main Park City Bridal tailor being let go from the business after our alteration session with no clear understanding of how the dress was to be altered and did not receive a personal phone call about it (just an email). Park City Bridal is the best and a must see for wedding dresses! Tatiana and Paula have created such an intimate environment that really makes this special occasion just that and even more! I went in with no idea of what I wanted. They walked me through the process and with their amazing selection, knowledge and help, I was able to chose a dress that I absolutely love and cannot wait to walk down the isle in. If you are looking for a wedding dress, you should most definitely check out Park City Bridal!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I kept hearing about PCB and it really is the BEST!! They really took time and listened to what we wanted! I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you Park City Bridal!!

I had such an amazing experience! One thing that I loved is their dress selection. In Salt Lake it is so hard to find a dress that doesn’t cover everything. They have such an amazing variety here. The appointment was focused on me and helping to bring my dream come true! I will always recommend! Thank you!
