My sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from Park City Blind & Design. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable and courteous. The design expert helped me order the perfect blind and color for my room. The "frosting on the cake" was the installer, Mike, who came to install the new blind. I recently purchased several sets of blinds and drapes for our remodeled condominium from Park City Blind and Design. We are very happy with our purchase. The fabric quality is excellent, and the design matches the living room and bedroom. The customer service team was very helpful in selecting the correct size and color. The communication was excellent from the beginning consultation to the installation. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for high-quality blinds and curtains from Park City Blind and Design.
Clint and Amber are some of the best to work with. We have multiple large commercial projects that take lots of coordination and Clint took it head on. They have been so easy to work with and not to mention our drapes look amazing. The install team has been so efficient and quick to fix any changes necessary. Would definitely recommend!
Park City Blind and Design were wonderful to work with. Their staff are all very professional and respectful. Pack City blinds were great to work with on my maintenance issue. Amy was very thorough in getting the appointment set up and knew exactly what work had to be done. Michael arrived early, was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job resolving the issue and educated me on a few things about our automatic shades. I highly recommend these folks for your window treatment design, installation and maintenance work.
