Just picked up our Chrysler Pacifica for an airbag recall. They removed my grandson's car seat and put it back on the seat opposite the way it was unattached. Folded the seat down into the floor. Reclined the passenger seat all way down. Left dirty foot prints on the carpet. Gave it back to me like that. My 1st time here for service. And they claimed they couldn't find the key for the tire rotation. It was visible when I looked for it! Apparently they just didn't want to do it for us. We won't be back.

Marc at park jeep was amazing. He made the process so easy and personable. He helped us through each step of the process without pressuring us to make any decisions. We would choose Mark and this dealership 100 times over again after this experience.
Oil change, tire rotation and inspection all professionally done. I am anxious to see the facility updates when completed.
