Most everything is great. The constant landscaping whether it be in property (Coy Landscaping) or right next door (SunState Landscaping) has made this place nearly unbearable to live in. Three out of Seven days of the week you'll be woken up at 6 AM by power tools no matter how dark or how quiet everything else is. It's ridiculous and has made this entire living experience unpleasant.
