The worst experience my family and I have had in this place, the manager Fred is something out of this world he is extremely annoying and abusive, you can't take your family to share in the pool, you can't have anything on your balcony because for him it doesn't look good, he enters your apartment without your consent... when you tell him that you are going to leave the apartment he starts taking people to your apartment every day without any warning with the excuse that he has to rent it..... I had a very positive experience at Park Broadway Apartments, highlighted by responsive management and a well-kept, pleasant living environment.
Nice place to live. Small complex with a sense of community. Manager is a hoot and always has a can of Olympia in his hand. Old navy coot named Herb and his wife Irene. He served in the Pacific and happy to tell ya' about it. Did I mention I lived there 40 years ago?
