The bank wired $19,500.00 out of my account with out asking me if I made the funds available in the account to be wired to a scammer. After the transaction. I saw that I lost $19,500.00 out of my account. I ordered the transaction but I made no funds available for the transaction. This bank has lost all credibility with me. I went there to get a local bank account after moving to the state and everything was fine until recently. I changed my pin number on my card and it still failed to work.I call the hotline on the card and it says something along the lines of your information does not match even though NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN 6 YEARS since opening my account.Talking to someone on the phone and they redirect to the same hotline that doesn't work.Talking to someone tells me I need to head into a local ... read more
