Whats the point of having a atm if its locked inside
I have had an awful time dealing with them over the course of our banking relationship. We have a business account with them and the hoops they make you jump thru to make any kind of change is ridiculous. I have successfully changed my password over the phone in the past (yes, they make you call them instead of providing a password reset online like any other bank in the 21st century) and the last time I called to reset it they said I was not the primary contact on the account and I need to have someone else call.
