I finally got my ID Buzz from Volkswagen Park Avenue in Brossard, and honestly, the experience was solid all the way through. Sure, there was a bit of waiting involved to get the vehicle, but in the end I had exactly what I wanted within a month. My salesman, Maxime, works in Pre-Owned Vehicles, but he stepped in to help since the new-car team was swamped.
