I was dealing with Sofiane Hafaiedh and looking in to a used VW that they were selling. I asked for the carfax as my initial step and Sofiane provided that for me. I asked a number of questions and asked if Sofiane could take pictures of any problem areas and issues with the car in general. Sofiane knew I was calling from Ottawa and understood I did not want my time wasted travelling there for no reason.
