Was looking for a used VW, was put in contact with Jeremy from the sales team. He impressed me! He asked the right questions, wanted to know what my needs were and offered alternatives to the model I was initially looking at. Would return to this dealership if looking for a VW model, whether used or new.
Extremely disappointed. I brought my brand-new 2025 Taos in for an oil change and reported a speedometer issue. I was told they would investigate and let me know if it was covered. Instead, I was charged for an hour of diagnostic work, only to be told afterward that Volkswagen considers a speedometer being up to 10% off “normal.” The frustrating part is that this could have been explained to me before charging me for the diagnostic. Great service. They pay attention to you when you're sharing any concerns. Excellent service from the front desk, the drop-off and pick-up, the mechanics... Special mention to Veronique and Damien, not sure I ever got the chance to tell them both how much I appreciate their service.
