Just closed on my beautiful lakefront property. They went above and beyond. When I was losing my mind over the title to this house. They absolutely held me together. They found a lien on the property that had been missed by so many other title companies over the course of multiple purchases and sales of this property. If you need a title company, I highly recommend them because if there’s something to be found, they will find it. Very amazing and responsive family atmosphere so grateful to them.
This company gave us a clear title only to find out there was a claim on 1/4 mile of our "private" driveway. Ended up in a 20k lawsuit and was assaulted by the neighbor and his car for our trouble. Be sure to get that title insurance.
