Do not use them. The managers Naudia and Franics are horrible and try to scam you. They refuse to bill my insurance, Aetna, for a knee brace that is covered by my insurance with a covered diagnosis code that was provided to them by my surgeon, but they claimed the "can't change the diagnosis code." This is a violation of the contract they have with Aetna, by charging me out of pocket rather than billing the insurance. Maybe Aetna was under paying them so they rather charge me cash. There are times when a 81year old person feels good.I am a disabled,senior citizen.I needed help with a brace,and Gordon,was there for me 100%.He not only came to my house,to give me a very helpful brace,without cost.He fitted it on my leg,and explained to me,how to walk,with the most comfort.I wish,I could have done something for him,as he made my day.Thank you Gordon. This is by far the BEST place to get your orthotics. I had no idea it existed until I made an appointment with an HSS physician and was referred to this place. Jordan, the person who was supposed to "fit" me for my hand injury night splint was FANTASTIC. I was post surgery when a friend highly recommended to see Jordan at Park Avenue Orthotics. My foot was very swollen from a 7 hour surgery and needed to find something to bring swelling down. Jordan recommended the Game Ready ice machine. It has been a life saver. The pain and swelling has gone down significantly and allowed for a faster recovery.
