The office is very clean & the staff are nice & professional. That said, you will have no idea what it costs until it’s over. My procedure (a molar extraction) was < 150. on the schedule of services for Delta Dental. But after a Consultation, X-rays, Novocain & the mysterious blood-washing procedure (???) which required an IV, I was charged $700.00. I was referred to Park Ave Oral Surgery by my general dentist, who recommended I get a tongue tie release due to TMJ-like symptoms progressively getting worse over the last few years. I called Park Ave Oral Surgery and was booked for the following week. My appointment was at 1PM today, I arrived at 12:45 to leave ample time for paperwork. I did not see the Dr until 2:45PM.
