I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Choi and, although I unfortunately developed dry socket, I cannot say enough positive things about the care I received. Dr. Choi was consistently professional, patient, and reassuring. At no point did he make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him — even when I had to return multiple times because of complications. The office is spotless and well organized, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They took their time answering all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Choi and the staff were very welcoming, patiently explained every step of the process and billing. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, procedure was actually pretty painless, the team was excellent at explaining the process, making sure I was clear on everything, I went into it feeling very calm came out of it feeling relieved. I thought it was especially nice receiving a text just to check in on me afterward.
