The doctor is an excellent professional who deeply cares about his patients' health. The care team is professional as well, taking the time to ask questions and take vitals and blood work.
I'm am so disappointed in this team. My 90 year old mother went there today, after receiving a confirmation call yesterday and was told she canceled her appointment. They refused to see and scheduled an appointment for March. This is beyond inappropriate and borders on Malpractice
Why would you boot us at of the office when you guys had no idea that an authorization was not needed and make us wait 45 minutes? Refused to see an 83 year male with potential serious kidney issues because a refferal was not required. Shame on you!
