Won’t even answer the phone!
I have had nothing but problems with the new receptionists lately, apparently on call doctors can’t do prescription refills and you aren’t allowed to make another phone call appointment if you missed one already. Scott McCoach gave me medication that made me gain a frig ton of weight and it ruined my body and made my issues worse. Thanks for making my life worse and not helping at all.
Have been a patient since I was a kid here and never had any issues with an on call as I don’t go in often but the receptionist that just answered the phone at 10AM Wednesday August 6th was extremely rude to me when I asked to make an on call appointment saying “are you even a patient here” in the most condescending way.
