I have had nothing but problems with the new receptionists lately, apparently on call doctors can’t do prescription refills and you aren’t allowed to make another phone call appointment if you missed one already. Have been a patient since I was a kid here and never had any issues with an on call as I don’t go in often but the receptionist that just answered the phone at 10AM Wednesday August 6th was extremely rude to me when I asked to make an on call appointment saying “are you even a patient here” in the most condescending way. Great doctors here. Clean, located in the middle of town, not sure what else one could say about a medical clinic.
Called at 9am and it took until 919 to get ahold of someome. When I asked if there were any phone call appointments so I could get a refill for today, I was told I should have called 2-3 months ago. They also suggested I get an emergency refill while I waited a month for my actual refill. No mention of the on call doctor or any others that could help. I did not feel like my health was of a concern or that they cared about me at all.
