Receptionists don’t pick up. Called well over 10 times and kept getting put on hold automatically and I made sure to call before and after lunch hours. Only to be hung up by an automated voice saying no one can pick up.
Won’t even answer the phone!
I have had nothing but problems with the new receptionists lately, apparently on call doctors can’t do prescription refills and you aren’t allowed to make another phone call appointment if you missed one already.
