Stayed in unit 301 for Christmas. It was perfect! The best location- just across the street from the Quicksilver chairlift, ski school, and to Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The place is well equipped for cooking (we made pasta and pancakes), the fridge has a water kiosk, so no need to buy water. The room is very spacious and the dining table can easily fit 5 people. We (my family) would highly recommend staying at Park Avenue Lofts. Centrally located within Breckinridge with easy walking distances to all the local shops and restaurants.
Great location, but that's about it. Since you can't cool the place in any other way but opening the windows and running the fan (which only helps till mid 70's and then you're out of luck and sweaty), you will be hearing loud noises coming from the street all day and all night. Our unit had a malfunctioning freezer with hot water and no ice, washer that was filled with detergent, a leaking dishwasher and burnt out lights, some of which got changed, but the older ones kept burning out.
