I would not stay here again the entire condo had a horrible smell that never went away during the whole stay and the fireplace did not work. When I let them know about it they didn’t do anything to fix it just kept asking me if I was sure it wouldn’t turn on. The location was the only good thing about this place.

Stayed in unit 301 for Christmas. It was perfect! The best location- just across the street from the Quicksilver chairlift, ski school, and to Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The place is well equipped for cooking (we made pasta and pancakes), the fridge has a water kiosk, so no need to buy water. The room is very spacious and the dining table can easily fit 5 people. We (my family) would highly recommend staying at Park Avenue Lofts. Centrally located within Breckinridge with easy walking distances to all the local shops and restaurants.
