Sent an email 2 weeks ago and have not received an answer to date...their customer service is ridiculous...they can make the sale but won't explain what extras are that I've paid for.
Horrible horrible horrible company. I have been after them for years regarding my floor tiles that the grout have been coming out and in places the tile had lifted up. Not other thing's from day one. I have been in my new home for 4 years and I'm still looking at thing's that need to be completed on my PDI. The Forman Terry is a great guy and also Carol, to tell them about your issues, but that's about it. I could go on and on , but there are to many thing's to list . There are crooks they sold mulitifamilies homes then pulled the rug under us and we all had no homes to move into. Families that had small children and women that were pregant.
We just Booked our 1st house in Canada very excited ,The Sales rep Franca was so kind and fab loved her also got lucky to have a chance to met the Supervisor of Franca ,Terri he was aswesome so excited for next year to move into our home🙌🏻🙌🏻
