I would advise anyone planning to buy here to think twice. The HOA department, including Mary, Jessica, and Keith, do not properly understand engineering in the units. If you plan on changing out flooring in your unit, you will be denied based on what they "think" is right or wrong. They have no knowledge or training on much of anything and hopefully they take this constructive criticism and get some training from upper management. Look at Turnberry or Veer if you would like to have a nice high rise with a quality HOA.
