The employees here are not trained in how to deal with veterans who have mental health issues. It was so bad I had to rescue my husband before the situation escalated. The VA should not associate themselves with this place. It is horrible!
They run the rehab on the clock! There are sufficient personnel at hand at hand 24/7
I was in Park Ave for two and a half months following a near fatal motorcycle wreck. The physical rehab, and occupational therapy folks are top notch! A special shout out to Jacob and Carey, I'm doing much better because of the work these two put into me. I can't thank them enough.
