Racist and unprofessional attitude. Do not go to this shop. After agreeing to work on my car, I paid $200 to have it towed to the shop. I also dropped off the keys. However, Harry later started yelling at me over the phone, denied having the keys, and refused to acknowledge that they were in his possession. I had to go to the shop myself to look for the keys and arrange to have my car removed. This was a very disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this shop.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance, but my experience was very disappointing. The staff member I interacted with made me feel uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. On top of that, my car continued to have issues after the service, and I was charged more than expected without clear explanation. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
