I brought my car in for routine maintenance, but my experience was very disappointing. The staff member I interacted with made me feel uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. On top of that, my car continued to have issues after the service, and I was charged more than expected without clear explanation. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I have had exemplary service here. After my mechanic of 30 years retired I was looking for someone similar: honest, straight with me, not charging for or recommending unnecessary repairs. As a URMC employee it's super convenient too, just leave the car and grab the Scottsville shuttle to work.
