I received a large bouquet from a friend through this florist. While I greatly appreciated the thought and have enjoyed the flowers I was surprised that when they were delivered 2 of the 4 Gerber daisies were already wilting as were a couple of the other flowers including 1 of the 3 rose's. It was packed full of baby's breath and fern and overall didn't seem well arranged. The carnations held up well as did the traditional lavender daisies. I have used this florist on and off for years and always pleased with their work. A few days ago a relative of ours called the naem of a florist in the area. I recommended Park Avenue ....... the flowers, as it turns out were for us ...... they were arrangement was beautiful, but the flowers were NOT fresh ....even with removing the slightly disolored outer leaves on the roses and well watering immediately the white roses and lilies browned by the next day .... even the holly was dried out ...... I WILL NEVER recommend this ... read more

I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary, 8 days in advanced i ordered an arrangement that looked almost exactly like our wedding arrangements, and was so excited, our wedding flowers were yellow and white, i understand that sometimes they have to sub out flowers but what i received wasn't even YELLOW AND WHITE they were pink roses, my wife isn’t a roses kind of woman, i called the shop 3 times and emailed FINALLY at 6pm i got a call back the manager agreed that it was 100% NOT what i ordered and promised to ... read more

I would not reccommend this florist, I am a local florist in Massachusetts and I needed to order flowers with my own personal credit card because my cousins new born baby had passed away. I told them the size of the casket only being 2ft long and that I would a casket cover to be about 1 ft long of all carnations and they wanted to charge me $100 to start. What a ridiculous price for something with about 10 carnations. Ive never been so insulted in my life and to not even have any compasion over the phone, the girl said "wow... read more

This is the florist to go to; local OR out of town delivery. Park Ave Flowers is a family owned and run florist, talked to the owner myself as I saw all the beautiful arrangements and designs throughout the store for very affordable prices. They are very humble there and when I recently used them to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend for her birthday, they sent the most beauitful arrangement, and a balloon they were kind enough to pick out for me.
