My experience was very good!!! Caring nurses and staff.I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs Rehab.
Its just like a prison , all day gave you sleeping pills to sleep, and difficult to come out from this rehab
The staff was wonderful, physical Therapy was the best.

Having been at Park Avenue care facility for a few months, my experience has been positive. The aides are caring & supportive, especially Zoila, Janice, Juanita, Pat, Daphne & India(8th floor.) The nursing staff is helpful & compassionate, Keyla(5th fl now) & Delva(8th floor) especially. The physical therapy is the high point, my therapists Sheryl(PT)& Christine(OT)are exceptional.
