My daughter has resided in Park Ave for 10 years. She had cardiac arrest Because of her potassium dropping her baby was only seven days old when this happened. Park Ave is her third rehab and I have to say I’ve been through many administrators, nurses CNA‘s, etc. but I have to say that Park Ave Rehab is not only immaculate clean most of the people here really care about this facility. This place is terrible. The staff are rude and nasty. My mom was here daily with my step dad and he did not get the care he needed. There was a room full of memory care patients with one aid who stayed on her phone and helped nobody. My step dad could not feed himself. They left his tray where he could not reach eat, would not help him eat, then take it away with nothing touched. We needed to be here for all meals. Getting him out was like breaking him out of jail. They did not want to let him leave. We took him home.
My experience was very good!!! Caring nurses and staff.I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs Rehab.
