My experience at Park Avenue was excellent! The place is immaculate and the staff is on top of everything I needed. Let me add that I wasn't the most pleasant resident! Regardless, they kept their cool and treated me with dignity and respect. The food was pretty good too! I would recommend Park Avenue to friends and family if need be.
This place was reasonable back in October 2024 since then I've been back twice the PT and OT is still wonderful the food is now totally unedible and the medical staff is a good solid point star if I can give Park avenue extended Care .001 star that would be my pleasure but this is what goes on... always wait on medicine I'm an hour not 2 hours but sometimes for the 5 hours and that Saturday night they were 14 hours late why is this going on I can only guess and they told me they need two RN'S TO ACCESS THE NARCOTICS MACHINE ... read more
Excellent service and rehabilitation. The staff is compassionate and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for superior rehab services
