Experience was great. Personnel are all very friendly. Therapy workers thorough and directive. If you have pain, stop. Also lots of different exercises to keep it interesting. Aids also friendly and consistent.
Having been at Park Avenue care facility for over a month, my experience has been positive. The aides are caring & supportive, especially Zoila, Janice, Juanita, Pat, & Daphne. The nursing staff is helpful, especially Keyla. The physical therapy is the high point, & exceptional, my therapists Sheryl & Christine are the best. The administrative staff is also accommodating.

Don't be fooled.i have pee in bottles and sleep on the same sheet for 4 days.we are abused daily by the staff
Excellent service and rehabilitation. The staff is compassionate and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for superior rehab services.i returned back to this facility to get Rehab again.The team is phenomenal.
