Excellent service and rehabilitation. The staff is compassionate and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for superior rehab services.i returned back to this facility to get Rehab again.The team is phenomenal.
I've been here for 2 1/2 weeks and I really appreciate the kindness of all the staff. Especially the nurses and Cna, Sonya, Arlene, Janice, Keela, Kevin, Sol, and everyone else who helped me day to day. The PT/OT has been great and intense. I feel myself getting stronger everyday. Thank you to Ron, Farah, Ellen, Christine and everyone else.
I had a pleasant day today fishing and caught the first fish,the activities are eventful and fun.The staff is amazing.
Having been at Park Avenue care facility for over a month, my experience has been positive. The aides especially, Zoila, Janet, Juanita, Pat, & Daphne. The nursing staff is also well trained friendly, supportive & helpful. The physical therapy is the high point, & exceptional, my therapists Cheryl & Christine are the best. The administrative staff is also accommodating & helpful.
The 4 months i’ve been here was a great experience,Physical therapy was great,i started walking because of therapy’s help.
