I've been here a couple weeks so far and I've been neglected so bad I've been left on the floor screaming for help and nobody comes . Every time I ask the staff or nurse a question they pay me no attention and give me dirty looks they treat you like you're in prison, I feel bad for so many residents over here the way they yelled at and talked down to I don't feel comfortable whatsoever over here they make you feel unwanted for instance I asked for some ice they give me dirty looks and they don't even acknowledge me I've aske... read more

I can’t say enough great things about Park Avenue Extended Care! The staff truly go above and beyond for their residents — they’re kind, attentive, and make everyone feel like family. Maryse the nurse on 7th floor is very rude. I called to speak to my brother in law and she kept putting me on hold and never picked up. I called three times and she kept telling me she's busy and she "doesn't have time for this". I called front desk to speak to a supervisor and they don't even pick up their phones . Horrible and unprofessional.
