Worst rental I ever lived in. My partner and I were assaulted and had his jaw broken in the big “parking lot” they have and they said there was no cameras in that area, which is the only loading area that goes to the parcade. So they do not care for your safety, there is no cameras. Don’t rent here, they are terrible people. As well the elevators were always broken, expect to wait ATLEAST half hour to get into your apartment. Stinky neighbors, they were obnoxious on the intercoms, just a bad building to live in.
Worst building concierge on Sunday morning. He towed my vehicle without any warning notice and I live here.
King George station advantage and plenty of amenities. Love it!!
Noisy, rude and stinky. Stay away.
