I love this place! Everything comes out just the way I want! I even was given advice on some things I brought in and had no clue on how to proceed. Their recommendation was perfect! I highly recommend them!!!
They do a good job cleaning but the attitude leaves a lot to be desired. We have pets; as do a lot of people; and that means pet fur gets on clothes. Every time I drop off clothes I get eye rolls, muttering under the breathe about pet fur and side comments. I've seen a dog sitting in the lobby of the store so it clearly is not a general concern about pets so I am at a loss to know what the real issue is. Probably won't be going back.
The customer service was poor. Please be sure to confirm their prices beforehand.
They are the best cleaners in the area! They also do alterations.
