Brought in sofa cushion covers on which ‘High Noon’ had been spilled. They marked the location of the spill with red tape and were very careful to warn me the dry cleaning process may shrink the covers, and I was given a tip for how to get the cushions back in them if, in fact, they did shrink. I WAS NOT at any time told the dry cleaning process may not remove the discoloration caused by the spill. I received NO warning that the cleaning process MAY NOT work.
