I have been trying to have a bogus charge taken off my account for almost three months Finally the manager told me I was right and it will be removed. Unfortunately, he did not follow through. Very very unprofessional and frustrating

Had cancer removed on the tip of my nose 10 years ago by another PA there, had a scar on my entire nose. Dr. Schmieder seen it a few months ago, asked who did it, I told him it was done there, he said I'll get rid of it. OMG, I have a normal nose and it looks awesome. I get many compliments on it. I'm so excited to have a normal nose again. Thank you so much!!
