An awful experience. I visited in September, my first visit as a new patient. I wasn’t filled with confidence after booking the appointment really. The receptionist was very abrupt, zero telephone manner, quite rude. It didn’t improve when I arrived. As a receptionist, always look someone in the eye, smile and say please and thank you. I have been a patient at this practice for a few years now and they the best from the dentist to the reception staff.
Fantastic staff, very accommodating, let me watch Netflix while getting my fillings.
Brilliant practice, staff are always polite and friendly and my dentist Leanne is amazing, very thorough and meticulous, she fixed my smile and I have gained a ton of confidence because of the work I have had done. I would recommend the team to anyone especially Leanne.
