I had an excellent experience at this dental office! I had an emergency and needed to come in at 9pm, and they were so accommodating. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dentist was skilled and took care of my issue quickly. I'm grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care, even during late hours.
Terrible ! I strongly advise against visiting this practice. I believe they are engaging in unethical practices by charging my card for an appointment that was never confirmed, and they are refusing to issue a refund. While I am willing to pay for the services I actually received, it is unacceptable to charge for root canals that were never performed. I have reported this matter to the dental association and seeing by all the reviews these people are scammers and this practice should be shut down completely.
Accidentally chipped my front tooth at 8pm on a Saturday evening (8pm) with a flight scheduled to leave at 11am the next morning. Park Ave Dental was able to open up at 7:30am that morning ON A SUNDAY! They saved my vacation!
I truly can’t overstate how amazing they are here! I have had many issues with long standing filling which ended up breaking recently. They were one of the few offices available on a Saturday to take me in and they quickly assessed the situation and fitted me with a (far more comfortable) porcelain crown.
