Picked up shirts to find one completely ripped apart down the side. Counter lady would not let me finish a sentence or address my concern. Just kept interrupting me for my phone # while I was speaking to her. She’s seems quite off.
I spend about $50 a week getting my work clothes dry cleaned. I put up with them always smashing my clothes together and coming back wrinkled. Not to take into account the lady who opens up in the morning is never on time. Well today was the last draw for me, they burned two of my shirts really bad and didn’t even say anything about it. They slid them in the middle of the rest of them so when I finally took them out the plastic they’re torched. I highly recommend not going here. Very unprofessional business.

I appreciate that they honored my request to not cover my clean returned dry-cleaning in useless plastic. We are both doing our part to cut down on plastic waste! Hopefully this trend catches on!
