I dropped off some jeans to get “Heavy” starched picked them up on my returned date my jeans bearly felt like they had any starch on them.
Cleaners on PHELAN. The lady taking my clothes was very rude AGAIN. I talked to the manager last time she tried to help but it looks like it was a waste of time.
Sandra, the manager, has consistently displayed unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior. I have been a loyal customer of this cleaner for five years, and during that time she has never once greeted me with a smile or even a simple “good morning.” I have also read several similar complaints regarding her customer service, which suggests this is an ongoing issue. It is disappointing that these concerns do not appear to be addressed by management. As a long-time customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
